Wrapped everything in a Bootstrap container (mt-4 for spacing).
Used Bootstrap form classes:
form-control for inputs and textarea.
form-select for the dropdown.
form-label for labels.
Added spacing with mb-3.
Buttons styled:
btn-success for Publish.
btn-secondary for Cancel with ms-2 (margin start).
rows="6" for textarea for a nicer height.
